The vessel could be placed in a marina or put on a mooring ball. Marina’s offer services and parking…etc. You can come and go froM HER without a launch or dinghy. However, they are expensive. Mooring balls are cheap BUT don’T come with any services. Also, coming and going from the boat would require a launch and permission to dock or beach your launch as you come and go from land.
