EMPIRE’S PLEDGE FOR PARTNERSHIP
EVERYONE IN THIS FAMILY CAN BECOME A PARTNER IN THIS BUSINESS.
We want everyone to earn a percentage of ownership in the company because we want the company to be, legitimately, “Employee Owned”. WE AIM TO HAVE EVERYONE THAT STARTS WITH US AS AN EMPLOYEE TO BECOME A PARTNER ON THEIR ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF THEIR FIRST DAY OF WORK WITH US! That would mean that each of the people that work for the company also own a percentage of it. Here is how we are setting up a path to that. Any employee we hire will be pledged .005% of the company’s stock if they loyally execute their duties for one year. This is ½ of 1%. It can be earned in year one and it will come from the owner & founder’s equity. We may offer another .005% after a second year. What we aim to do here is build a team that is a family of people who are doing MUCH MORE than working at a job. We are looking to create a team who start off as employees and become owners and partners. They will CARE about the business and LOVE working together. Weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews by management will be conducted to establish if the teammate is on path for partnership. Simple bottom line: Be a great teammate for a year, become a partner after a year. Partnership means you own a piece of the business, and therefore a part of the profits AND the overall value of the business. That’s real. That’s equity. And equity in this business will have value.

NOTE: This does not mean you work for free. You are PAID during the year you are working towards becoming a partner, of course. Pay is bi-weekly. Rates for hourly or salaried employees may vary based on skills, experience and performance.

WORK WITH US FOR ONE YEAR & BECOME A PARTNER
Get ½ or 1% (.005%) Equity in Holy City Empire, LLC. You are now a minority partner and you own .005% of the company. You’ll be entitled to .005% of the annual net profits which will be paid to you as a dividend once a year. There is no guarantee, however, that there will be profits in any given year. Also, you are NOT liable for any debt or loss the company may incur nor are you legally tied to the company should it be sued or liable for any other loss.
WORK WITH US TWO YEARS
Get another .005% equity in Holy City Empire, LLC. You now own 1% of the company.
BASIC CONDITIONS
Show up and perform all of your duties, consistently.
Treat others with respect.
Obey the company handbook and guidelines.
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
You cannot qualify for partnership if you are written up more than 5 times in one year. However, from the date of your 5th write up, you can start the cycle over again and, in one year from that point, if you have less than 5 write ups, you will qualify for your percentage of ownership.
