We innovated an Omakase Style Oyster Service at Intermezzo. To the best of our knowledge, this was the first oyster service of its kind in the world. Offering up to 10 varieties of ultra-premium oysters from US, Canada and Mexico, we paired with our signature Accoutrement Premier and the best craft cocktails in town made by Intermezzo Coffee & Cocktails.
